Fire and Water Series Kickoff Event: Dune Restoration Day at Carpinteria State Beach

Join us for the kickoff event for our Fire and Water Conscious Design Series. 

Come join the celebration at Carpinteria State Beach! We would like to thank our volunteers and community partners that make our California State Parks and communities better places. On June 18th from 1 to 3 PM we invite you to meet our local volunteers and partners, celebrate their work and help improve your local state beach. We will be continuing to improve our native dune area around the beautiful beach boardwalk by replacing invasive species with California native plants. Participants will also have the opportunity to make and take-home packets of native seeds to plant at home.
