Mulch & Compost Giveaway for Ventura Residents May 14th, 8:00 am - 11:00 am, Westpark Community Center at 450 W Harrison Ave, Ventura City of Ventura residents are invited to sign-up for our quarterly mulch and compost giveaway. Registered participants are invited to pickup free mulch and compost products. Mulch and compost products are sourced from Agromin and purchased by the City of Ventura to giveaway to residents free of charge.
