The Tri-County Regional Energy Network (3C-REN) is a partnership between the Counties of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura.

For households, 3C-REN offers direct energy-saving opportunities, with an emphasis on hard-to-reach and underserved communities. For industry, 3C-REN offers capacity-building services including workforce training and technical code support. Serving both public and private sector professionals, 3C-REN responds to the needs of the local building industry. Together, 3C-REN programs take a holistic approach to improve energy efficiency and develop workforce in the Tri-County region. These efforts reduce energy use, strengthen local job markets and support climate goals.

Green Real Estate Marketing

Led by Franklin Energy’s Simone Dadsetan, this two-hour Webinar features top marketing tips by an experience real estate professional utilizing proven marketing methods in the practice of green real estate. The focus is on combining tools learned in the NAR Green Designation, combining Utility based programs supporting local energy efficiency goals combined with national or state programs such as energy efficiency financing mechanisms to enhance a REALTOR’S® business and benefit customers at time of transaction.
