Anyone can attend this free event!

Event Description: We will take a look at how we can bridge ancient and modern building practices to address our changing hazards in our built environment. We will look at the efforts and challenges of testing these materials in a paradigm that is not created to support open source, free building methods and materials. We will look at how these systems can be used to lower carbon footprint, as well as how they can be used in fire-prone areas. How do we drastically lower our carbon footprint of the buildings we built not so that they will pay off in 50 years, but so they don't cause more harm than good on day one?
