Title 24 Training: Where We're Headed with the 2013 Standards

Every five years, California updates the building energy efficiency standards for residential and nonresidential buildings which is referred to as Title 24. California has set the goal of reaching zero net energy for all residential construction by 2020 and commercial by 2030. The 2013 standards will require new construction to be 30% more efficient than the 2008 standards in this effort to reach net zero energy. Attend this training session to learn more about Title 24 and where the standards are headed. Topics will include building envelope, lighting, and mechanical requirements.
