The Santa Barbara Contractors' Association is presenting their Construction EXPO at the Fess Parker Doubletree Resort in Santa Barbara. They will have about 75 exhibitors, approximately 3000 attendees, and 3 educational session on green building and high performance buildings.  Justin Wilson, Founder of Building Performance Solutions will speak at several sessions.
