• Topic: California Advanced Homes Program: California’s Investor-owned Utilities (IOUs), Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Southern California Edison, SoCalGas® and San Diego Gas & Electric Company are working together to help the building industry smooth the transition to the next energy code, design and develop more environmentally-friendly communities and support the State of California’s efforts for new homes to reach Zero Net Energy (ZNE).  Our California Advanced Homes Program highlights best practices in energy efficiency, green building and sustainability, and offers generous financial incentives to help builders and architects create environmentally-friendly, energy-efficient communities for potential home buyers.
