Join AWA+D and Allen Construction for this exclusive opportunity to tour the contemporary Rodney Walker home of renowned designer Barbara Barry and the El Toro Residence, a 1920’s Spanish Colonial Revival.

Meet Barbara Barry, who will be there to talk about her home. Bryan Henson of Allen Construction and interior designer Randy Franks will guide us though the El Toro estate. Learn about the historic preservation efforts of both homes while still incoporating net-zero energy and sustainability features. The afternoon will conclude with a happy hour at the estate, sponsored by Allen Construction.

Schedule

12:30pm - Meet at Barbara Barry’s home
2:30pm - Arrive at El Toro Residence
4:00pm - Happy hour
5:00pm - Tour concludes

Tickets

$25 for AWA+D members, $45 for non-members. All ticket sales are final.

Things to Consider...

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to Ojai, AWA+D encourages carpooling.

At each home, guests will need to walk up a slightly steep, ¼-mile walkway from the street/parking area to each home. Appropriate walking shoes are strongly encouraged.
