On March 15, guest speakers Mike Hackett from NRG Answers and Brett Bishop from PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) will be joining us to give us a short presentation on financing resources for architects and the design build community: what to suggest when your client says they don't  have the money. 

NRG Answers offers finance consulting and project development services to aid clients in identifying available incentives and rebates, and selecting the best financing options for their projects. These include no/low cost loans/leases available from both public financing program and the private sector. Such financing can realize significant cost savings for clients, and often generate cash flow positive returns. The County has approved a PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) program. PACE allows property owners to finance integrated and solar projects and pay for them through their property tax bill. Brett runs the program for the County and can provide program details.
